Your first session
Our first meeting is an invitation to explore what’s been happening for you — We’ll talk gently about:

  • What led you here

  • What patterns you notice in your life

  • What you hope to change or understand

I tailor therapy to you. Some work stays talk-based; some uses breath work, grounding, body awareness, deep emotional release.

Sessions are supportive, respectful, and paced to your comfort.
